Julia D. Harris of St. Petersburg died March 12, 2017. She was born in Weirton, WV. She was the eldest of 9 children to John and Julia Demko. She relocated to St. Petersburg from Weirton in  1968. She was a Kindergarten teacher at Rosa Park and Maximo Elementary Schools. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, George, and children George Daniel (Donna), Stephanie (George) Betsarakis, Cynthia (Douglas) Rutan, and Paul Michael (Barbara),. Grandchildren; Garrett, Christopher, Nikolas and Chase, also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. She was a long standing member of St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church of St. Petersburg.

Visitation from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed Funeral Service Wednesday, March 15 at 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Clearwater.
