Fuentes, Concepcion (Connie), 96.
Connie was born into a large family from Puerto Rico. She married Modesto Fuentes in Las Vegas and later moved to Florida from California. In addition to being a loving mother, she worked with her sisters as a seamstress for many years. St Celilia Church was a large part of her life that she worked for Bishop Larkin until she retired.
On January 1st, 2021, Connie passed into Gods Care. Connie is survived by her son Victor (daughter in law Debbie) & daughter Lillian (son in law Don), three grandchildren (Michael, Angela and Chris), six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. She enjoyed taking long walks while enjoying nature, feeding the birds and playing with our pets. She was an avid cook, enjoyed the occasional visit to the casino and playing the Wii.
On Angels Wings you were taken away, but in my heart you will always stay. I will hear your whisper in the tallest trees, feel your love in the gentle breeze. And when I find I miss you the most, inside our beautiful memories, I will hold you close. You are an angel watching over me, with the comfort and blessings you bring, you embrace my heart and hold it close, forever on Angels Wings. (Poem by Crailin Hardy)
You will be truly missed.
