Elaine Higgins Obituary
Elaine's calling hours will be at Rhodes Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Her mass will be Thursday at 2 PM at St. Cecelia's Catholic Church followed by burial at Serenity Gardens Cemetery.
Elaine was born in Washington D.C. After getting her Masters degree from Catholic University she became a research analyst at the CIA. During her service she met and married Captain Edward Higgins of the United States Navy
They moved to Clearwater in 1968 and became active members of St. Cecelia Cathoilic Church where she was a eucharistic minister and a lector
She is survived by 2 daughters Melanie and Madeleine and a brother George Pavloff.
