Elizabeth (Braun) Tebo

Elizabeth G. Tebo, 92, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017 at Sable Palms, Largo, FL.  Born on April 9, 1925, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late John and Grace Braun.  She was the widow of Nelson A. Tebo.

She was a graduate of St. Francis Academy, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, class of 1943.  She was also a graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, class of 1946.  During her career she worked at the Halloran Hospital in Staten Island and various hospitals and schools in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  After moving to Largo, Elizabeth was an active volunteer at Kimberly Home and Neighborly Senior Center for many years.  She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, Clearwater, FL. 

Elizabeth is survived by a daughter, Grace Hoyt and her husband Robert of Mechanicsburg, PA; a son, John Tebo and his wife Carol of Pacifica, CA; and a grandson, Max Tebo of Portland, OR.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 2:30 PM at the Rhodes Funeral Home, 800 Druid Dr, Clearwater, FL  33756.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
