Emmanuel Otto y De Armian Pina, age 89 passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at

northside hospital at 16:26 pm. 

He was born on December 25th 1929 in Havana, Cuba. He married his wife of 62

years Nellie Cabral

on Decemeber 9th, 1957 in San Jose, California. He was a Vietnam Veteran during

his 20 year military

career. Following the military he served another 15 years with the Pinellas

County Sheriff department. He

was always a hard worker and dedicated to his job but always seem to have a

smile on his face. He loved

spending time with his family & friends. He is survived by his beloved wife,

Nellie; daughter, Elizabeth; son,

Fabian;  grandchildren Jason Moore and Nathan Chlysta and Great Granddaughter Kylee Moore. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June

1st, 2019 at 11:00 AM at

Royal Palm North Cemetery 2600 Gandy Blvd St. Petersburg, FL 33702
