Richard Keyser Obituary

KEYSER, Richard Nelson —
~ was born in Brownsville, PA on June 13, 1966. He  graduated from Lakewood High School, St. Petersburg, in 1984. He earned his Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Metropolitan University. He went to be with Jesus on Aug. 11, 2010. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and son. Richard loved his extended family to include members of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Bureau, the United States Army, the Florida National Guard and the United States Naval Reserve. He loved and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, 4 years: the Florida Army National Guard, 12 years and the Navel Reserve where he served in Kuwait for the support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Richard was a respected member of the Countryside Christian Center for over twenty years and served as a Deacon. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Richard Frances Keyser. He is survived by his wife, Timmie, of Tarpon Springs; his children, Kori Richard her husband, Mark Richard both of Washington, Kylee and Jacob Keyser of Palm Harbor, his childerens mother, Jennifer Grau-Keyser of Palm Harbor, his wife’s children, Zachary Antolini of Holiday, Miranda and Alexandra Antolini of Clearwater, as well as his granddaughters, Ryli Richard of Washkigton and Jayden Keyser of Palm Harbor. He is also survived by his mother, Garnet Keyser Domke, and her husband, Raymond Domke of St. Petersburg; two brothers, Robert Paul Keyser of Walla Walla, WA, Peter Allen Keyser of Hagerstown, MD; two sisters, Audra Johnson of Pinellas Park, Jody Shwallon of St. Petersburg; four stépbrothers, Raymond and Chris Domke of Montana, George Domke of Springhill, Frank Domke of Brooksville, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be on Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010 at Countryside Christian Center, 1850 N. McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater. Friends may greet the family at 6:30 pm with a Celebration of Richard’s life beginning at 7:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard’s name directly to Countryside Christian Center or mailed to Wounded Warrior Project at P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Ks. 66675-8516.
