Simone (LaCroix) Leonard of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away on 10-22-2021, peacefully at Alhambra Health Center
Simone was born February 22-1919 in Cryprien, Canada to Obeline and Joseph LaCroix.
She had four sisters and two brothers. Simone married Frank Leonard, a nutritionist form Argentina in 1969; they moved to Peru for 10 years, working assisting Frank's parent family business then moving to Connecticut, U.S.A., then retired to St. Petersburg, Florida.
They traveled often to Las Vegas, Nevada with their Volkswagen van, she loved French poodles, traveling; her favorite dance was the Jitterbug.
She leaves behind Grandnephew John Mathieu of St. Petersburg, Florida.
Grandniece Doris Proven of Jacksonville, Florida and Barbara Turgen of Maine.
Her positive friendly personality, beautiful smile and desire for adventure will be missed.
